23XX ST. ALBANS ST
On 6/19/12 at approximately 12:35 pm, the 17th District took a report for a robbery at 23xx St. Albans St. The complainant stated that she was holding her phone and talking while she was holding her bike in another hand. The complainant spilled her drink and put her bike down to wipe off the drink. At that time, the complainant heard the offender come from behind her. The offender stated, “Give me that.” The offender then pulled the complainant right shoulder down and ripped the phone out of the complainant’s right hand. The offender then fled on foot Eastbound on St.Albans then turned right on 23rd St. The complainant did chase after the offender but lost sight of him on 23rd St. When the complainant returned to St. Albans St she had observed her bicycle was missing.
ITEMS: One I- Phone 4 white in color. One Raleigh girl’s bike green in color. No serial #.
COMPLAINANT: W/F/21
OFFENDER: Black male, 15-16 yrs, approx 6’1, thin build, dark jeans, black t-shirt and black sneakers.
